Nevada Conceal Carry Weapon License
Article 1, Section 11 of the Constitution of the State of Nevada guarantees every citizen the right to keep and bear arms.
Nevada is a "shall-issue" jurisdiction that requires a license to carry a concealed handgun, regulated by Nevada Revised Statute 202. Granting of such licenses is subject only to meeting determinate criteria laid out in the law; the granting authority has no discretion in the awarding of the licenses, and there is no requirement of the applicant to demonstrate "good cause".
